Specialized work, usually consisting of less than an entire contract pay item, provided to the Contractor for a fee or other basis not accounted for through labor, materials and equipment billing. If the Work Service involves trades/occupations where prevailing wages are required to be paid, submittal of certified payrolls is required. A Work Service may include, but is not limited to: concrete pumping, vehicle towing, pest control, security, cleaning services, garbage removal, and crane lifting operations.
