X. Construction Limits

That portion of real property, as defined by the Plans, in which the Contractor is authorized to perform contractually required activities. It is constrained laterally by the slope stakes and linearly by the Project stationing. The Contractor may be allowed to work or stockpile materials outside the construction limits when allowed by the Engineer. Y. Contract.
