Adjusting Sanitary Sewers and Water Service Lines Art. 563.03 501 CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS 562.03 General. Work shall be performed according to the Illinois Plumbing Code or local codes where applicable, except as follows. Any excavation required shall be only sufficient to install the water service line. Surplus material shall be disposed of according to Article 202.03.
