Art. 666.03 Right-of-Way Markers 582 Right-of-way markers shall be set so the back of the post is flush with the right- of-way line, except when the marker conflicts with a property pin, in which case the right-of-way marker shall be offset. The markers shall be set in compacted soil, and the bottom of the holes shall be rammed to provide a stable foundation.
