Section 1008 Paints 1008.01 GENERAL. Paints shall be delivered in clean, unopened shipping containers complying with Surface Transportation Board (STB) requirements. Each paint container shall bear a label containing the following information: name and address of manufacturer, trade name or trademark, kind of paint, color of paint, number of gallons (L), batch number, and date of production.
