SECTION 603 - PIPE CULVERTS AND STORM DRAINS 603.01 Description This work shall consist of constructing or reconstructing pipe culverts and storm drains, in accordance with these specifications, the Standard Detail plans and in reasonably close conformity with the lines and grades shown on the plans or established.
