625 SLAB STABILIZATION SECTION 625.10 SLAB UNDERSEALING. 625.10.1 Description. This work shall consist of stabilizing Portland cement concrete pavement by furnishing, hauling and pumping high density polyurethane or asphalt cement under the concrete slab.
