720 MECHANICALLY STABILIZED EARTH WALL SYSTEMS 720.1 Description. This work shall consist of furnishing and constructing mechanically stabilized earth wall systems in accordance with these specifications, as shown on the plans or as directed by the engineer. 720.2 Material.
