SECTION 643 New Hampshire Department of Transportation Standard Specifications – 2016 6-89 SECTION 643 -- FERTILIZER FOR GRASSES Description 1.1 This work shall consist of furnishing and applying an initial app lication of fertilizer on a new surface and one or more refertilizations after the growth has progressed sufficiently, all as shown on the plans or as ordered.
