Water containing suspended matter will be checked for total solids. The total solids will not exceed 50,000 parts per million. Water will be tested for pH and dissolved solids. The pH will be no less than 6.0 or more than 8.6. Maximum dissolved solids will be no more than 2,500 parts per million.
