Geotextiles and impermeable plastic membrane will meet the following requirements as applicable for the specified use. The Contractor will provide a Certificate of Compliance verifying that the material meets the following specifications or documentation the material is listed on the approved products list. This material will be free from dirt, vegetation, or other foreign substance.
