SECTION 717 COMPACTION CONTROL OF BASE COURSE MATERIAL 717.1-GENERAL: The Contractor shall notify the Engineer prior to construction of the test strips as set forth in MP 700.00.24. The Contractor shall perform quality control compaction tests and record the data on the forms as set forth in the Materials Procedures (MPs).
