MUTCD W13-4P: ON RAMP Plaque

The W13-4P sign is covered in Section 6H.09 of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, 11th Edition. Below are the provisions from that section that describe when the sign is used and how it is placed.

    When work is being done on a ramp, but the ramp remains open, the ON RAMP (W13-4P) plaque (see Figure 6H -1) should be used to supplement the advance ROAD WORK sign.
