Frisco publishes a dedicated accessory structure permit fee covering conventionally framed and modular sheds, and the fee schedule states no square-footage exemption. Builders should not assume the IRC R105.2 200-square-foot exemption applies here, since the city prices accessory structures starting from the first square foot.
