Michigan · MDOT

Revisions to the plans and/or proposal issued by the Department after the advertisement date but before the submission of the bid. Adjustment. Monetary revision that applies to a contract unit price or to the entire contract.

North Dakota · NDDOT

A document issued by the Department after the advertisement and before the bid opening that modifies or supplements the proposal package and will become part of the contract. Advertisement. A public announcement inviting proposals. The advertisement will identify how to get a copy of the proposal package, how to submit a proposal, and the date, time, and pl ace of the bid opening.
