The part of the proposal with the starting date, all intermediate and completion dates or the number of work days or both, and other restrictions or conditions. MDOT Standard Specifications for Construction Section 101 1-17 Progress Schedule. Sequential listing of all of the controlling operations and the estimated time the operations will be controlling. The progress schedule is submitted by the Contractor after a ward and prior to starting work. It is reviewed and approved by the Engineer.
