§ 56.9306 — Warning devices for restricted clearances
Subpart H — Loading, Hauling, and Dumping
Where restricted clearance creates a hazard to persons on mobile equipment, warning devices shall be installed in advance of the restricted area and the restricted area shall be conspicuously marked.
