§ 57.4561 — Stationary diesel equipment underground

Subpart C — Fire Prevention and Control

Stationary diesel equipment underground shall be—

(a)Supported on a noncombustible base; and

(b)Provided with a thermal sensor that automatically stops the engine if overheating occurs.
