§ 57.7052 — Drilling positions
Subpart F — Drilling and Rotary Jet Piercing
Persons shall not drill from—
(a)Positions which hinder their access to the control levers;
(b)Insecure footing or insecure staging; or
(c)Atop equipment not suitable for drilling.
