Lime Stabilized Soil Mixture Art. 350.03 161 (b) Portland Cement Concrete Pavement. When portland cement concrete pavement is to be constructed, the deficient thickness may be corrected by increasing the thickness of the pavement. This method of correction will not be allowed for continuously reinforced concrete pavement. The surface elevation of the completed stabilized subbase shall not exceed by more than 3/16 in.
