Art. 837.03 Breakaway Devices 712 A permanent, concrete work pad shall be constructed as shown on the plans. This 36 x 36 x 8 in. (900 x 900 x 200 mm) pad shall be centered in front of the handhole and finished level. After installation of cable, voids within the wiring window shall be filled with fine aggregate. Concrete shall be cured before light towers are installed. 837.04 Method of Measurement. This work will be measured for payment in feet (meters) in place.
