1063 TEMPORARY TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES 1063.1 Scope. This specification covers material to be used for temporary traffic control devices. 1063.2 General Requirements. All temporary traffic control devices shall be manufactured as shown on the plans and as specified, in accordance with MUTCD requirements and shall be NCHRP 350 or MASH 2016 compliant. FHWA Category 1 temporary traffic control devices are not required to be crash tested unless modified.
