1066 MORTARS AND GROUT 1066.1 Scope. This specification covers mortars and grout for use in pipe joints, rubble and brick masonry. 1066.2 Mortars and Grout. Mortars and grout shall be mixed in small quantities as needed and shall not be retempered or used after setting has begun. Type I Portland cement shall be accordance with Sec 1019.
