109 MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT 109.1 Measurement of Quantities. All work completed under the contract will be measured by the engineer according to United States standard measure or will be paid for on a contract quantity basis as set out elsewhere in these specifications. The method of measurement and basis of payment will be made to the nearest whole number unless specified otherwise. When the contract quantity of any item is found to include appreciable errors, or when an authorized revision of the plans is made, the quantity will be corrected before making final payment.
