202 REMOVAL OF ROADWAYS AND BUILDINGS 202.1 Description. This work shall consist of the removal and disposal of all existing improvements from the right of way and within the limits of any construction area outside the right of way, except improvements designated or permitted to remain in place or to be removed under other items of work.
