604 MISCELLANEOUS DRAINAGE SECTION 604.10 CONCRETE HEADWALLS, DROP INLETS AND MANHOLES. 604.10.1 Description. This work shall consist of constructing concrete headwalls, drop inlets and manholes in accordance with these specifications, as shown on the plans or as directed by the engineer. 604.10.2 Material.
