713 THRIE BEAM FOR BRIDGE GUARDRAIL 713.1 Description. This work shall consist of furnishing and erecting steel thrie beam guardrail, including beams, posts and all appurtenances, as shown on the plans or as directed by the engineer. 713.2 Material.
