- 763 - SECTION 921 -- MAILBOX POSTS
921.01 Description
1.The Contractor shall inst all and assemble mailbox posts and brackets. The Contractor will not be required to install the mailbox.
921.02 Material Requirements
1.The Department will furnish the posts, brackets, and fasteners. The Contractor will be required to pick up the post assembly at one of the permanent maintenance headquarters. (See Subsection 422.02).
921.03 Construction Methods
1.The post assembly shall be installed as shown in the contract. The Contractor will be required to use a fo llower block to protect the post during driving.
921.04 Method of Measurement
1.Mailbox posts are measured by the each.
