SECTION 104 - SCOPE OF WORK (Last Revised January, 2025) 104-01 WORK REQUIRED. The Contractor shall begin work within ten days of the date of the contract award notification by the Department, unless written consent of the Department is given to begin at a later date. Contract awards are posted by the Office of the State Comptroller on www.openbooknewyork.com.
