SECTION 406 - ASPHALT PAVEMENT WITH FIBERS 406-1 DESCRIPTION. This work shall consist of formulation and placement of a fiber reinforced asphalt mixture. The placement of this mixture shall be in accordance with these specifications and in reasonably close conformity with the required lines, grades, thicknesses, and typical sections shown on the plans or established by the Engineer. 406-2 MATERIALS.
