SECTION 638 - WHITE SYNTHETIC RESIN BINDER CONCRETE 638-1 DESCRIPTION. This work shall consist of the construction of white synthetic resin binder concrete pavement in accordance with these specifications and in reasonably close conformity with lines and grades shown on the plans or established by the Engineer. 638-2 MATERIALS. The materials shall meet the requirements of §404-2, Materials, except as modified below. 638-2.01 Aggregates.
