ITEM 513 STRUCTURAL STEEL MEMBERS 513.01 Description. This work consists of preparing shop drawings, furnishing and fabricating structural steel members, nondestructive testing, fabricator performed quality control, documentation, cleaning, shop coating, and erecting structural steel and other structural metals. Prepare shop drawings and erect structural steel according to Item 501 and the additional requirements below. Shop painting shall conform to Item 514.
