SECTION 802 — TEMPORARY BRIDGES 800-3 — TEMPORARY BRIDGES 802.01 DESCRIPTION. This work includes the construction, maintenance, load rating, and subsequent removal (including area restoration) of temporary bridges. 802.02 MATERIALS. Ensure that the materials used for the construction of temporary bridges conform to PART M. 802.03 CONSTRUCTION METHODS. General. Submit a load rating to the Bridge Engineering Section before opening the bridge to traffic according to the latest RIDOT Bridge Load Rating Guidelines.
