SECTION 919 — TEST PITS — TEST PITS 919.01 DESCRIPTION. This work includes excavating exploratory test pits used for locating existing utilities of every type, including water, sewer, storm drains, gas, power distribution, and communications and for determining water table elevations and soil conditions. 919.02 MATERIALS.
