Do you need a permit?
Saratoga Springs requires a permit for a shed.
No building permit is required for a detached single-story accessory building used as a tool shed, a storage shed, a playhouse or something similar, provided its floor area stays at 200 square feet or under. City Code section 19.05.11 gives the minimum setbacks that apply to accessory buildings in that exempt category.
