R311 Passenger Loading Zones R311.1 General. Accessible passenger loading zones shall comply with R311. R311.2 Vehicle Pull-Up Space. Accessible passenger loading zones shall provide a vehicular pull-up space that is 96 inches (2440 mm) wide minimum and 20 feet (6.1 m) long minimum. R311.3 Access Aisle. Vehicle pull-up spaces shall have adjacent access aisles complying with R311.3 that are 60 inches (1525 mm) wide minimum extending the full length of the vehicle pull-up space.
