Use blanket material that meets the requirements on the plans or in the Special Provisions. Ensure that plant topsoil meets the requirements of Subsection 893.2.01. 216.2.01 Delivery, Storage, and Handling General Provisions 101 through 150.

Remove vegetation, roots, trash, or materials that hinder the preparation of a proper bed for grassing as a part of this Item.
