Before the sealer is applied, the concrete surface shall have a minimum 48 hour drying period, and shall be cleaned with oil-free compressed air or wire brushes to remove all oil, grime, and loose particles. Surfaces that will not respond to cleaning by compressed air or wire brushes shall be cleaned by sandblasting.
