Art. 857.03 Flasher Controller 722 CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS 857.03 Installation. The traffic actuated controller shall be installed in a completely wired cabinet, with necessary connections for proper operation. The model and serial number of the controller shall be permanently affixed on the front or top of the controller housing and readily visible. All conduit entrances into the controller cabinet shall be sealed with a pliable waterproof material.
