incidentals including, but not limited to, surface preparation, meeting smoothness requirements, and warranty bond shall be included in the cost of the pay items.
411.16Final Warranty Acceptance 280
The Engineer will review the project in the field for any defects not addressed in the indicators and recommend a Final Warr anty Acceptance. The Department will issue the Contractor a Final Warranty Acceptance letter upon completion of the warranty period and all remedial work.
