1805 METHODS AND EQUIPMENT The Contractor shall use methods and Equipment capable of performing the Work specified in the Contract. The Contractor shall ensure the Equipment does not damage the Roadway, adjacent property, or other Highways. When methods and Equipment are specified in the Contract, the Contractor shall request permission from the Engineer, in writing, to use alternate methods and Equipment.
