1809 TERMINATION OF CONTRACT The Department may terminate the Contract, or any portion of the Contract, for any of the following reasons: (1) If the Department determines that the Contractor is prevented from proceeding with or completing the Work within a reasonable period of time for any reason including, but not limited to: (a) Labor or Material shortage (b) Limitations imposed by law, rule, regulation, or order of the local, State, or Federal government (c) Actions of the public enemy, including those related to priorities and third- party actions (2) If the Department determines it is in…
