1026 REINFORCED CONCRETE CULVERT PIPE 1026.1 Scope. This specification covers reinforced concrete pipe to be used for the conveyance of sewage, industrial wastes and storm water, and for the construction of culverts. 1026.2 Basis of Acceptance. 1026.2.1 The basis of acceptance will be in accordance with AASHTO M 170, unless otherwise specified.
