Sediment Control Stone will be measured and paid in accordance with Article 1610- 4. Silt Excavation will be measured and paid in accordance with Article 1630- 3. Matting for Erosion Control will be measured and paid in accordance with Article 1631 -4. Flocculant will be measured and paid for by the actual weight in pounds of flocculant applied to the temporary rock silt checks. Such price and payment will be full compensation for all work covered by this section, including but not limited to, furnishing all materials, labor, equipment and incidentals necessary to apply the Flocculant .
