ITEM 410 TRAFFIC COMPACTED SURFACE 410.01 Description. This work consists of furnishing and placing an aggregate wearing course on the completed and accepted subgrade or temporary road. 410.02 Materials. Furnish materials conforming to 703.18 for the type of material specified (Type A, Type B, or Type C). 410.03 Conditioning of the Subgrade. Eliminate wavy and irregular surfaces and maintain the subgrade in this condition until the application of material under this item.
