ITEM 625 HIGHWAY LIGHTING 625.01 Description. This work consists of furnishing and installing highway lighting equipment complete and ready for service. This work shall also include necessary excavation and backfill, disposal of discarded materials, restoration of disturbed facilities and surfaces, and testing as specified. 625.02 Definitions.
