SECTION 109 MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT 109.1-MEASUREMENT OF QUANTITIES: All work completed under the Contract will be measured by the Engineer according to United States standard measure. The method of measurement and computations to be used in determining of quantities of materials furnished and of work performed under the Contract will be those methods generally recognized as conforming to good engineering practice.
