A MASH 2016 Test Level 3 flared end terminal for W-beam guardrail, built on a 3 foot offset over a 39 foot 7 inch straight flared length. The first three posts are hinged steel; posts 4 through 8 are generic guardrail posts, spaced two at 6 foot 3 inches and five at 4 foot 2 inches, with the beginning of length of need at post 4. Rail elements are a 12 foot 6 inch end rail, a 10 foot 5 inch second rail and a 13 foot 6 and a half inch third rail, at allowable rail heights of 30 to 32 inches.
