The cost of all materials, equipment, tools, labor, transportation, operations, and incidentals required for mobilization and demobilization shall be included in the cost of this work. If no pay item for mobilization and demobilization is shown in the Schedule of Pay Items, the cost of the work described above shall be included in the total cost of the contract, with no direct payment for the work.
