Section 1013 Metals 1013.01 STRUCTURAL STEEL. Comply with the “Buy America Provisions” in 106.04. Obtain all applicable physical and chemical tests and furnish the Construction Section five copies of the Certificates of Analysis (Mill Test Reports) together with a Fabricator's Material Statement and Certificate of Compliance.
